While National Property Service has an internal list of every Licensed, Certified Residential and Certified General real estate appraiser in the United States, we use only those appraisers who have been pre-screened by our firm for their licenses, license status, professional designations, education credentials, professional positions, experience, etc.

All appraisers used by National Property Service comply not only with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), but also the minimum reporting standards set forth by the major professional appraisal organizations to which the individual appraisers belong as well as the minimum report standards set forth by National Property Service.
